HI-CUT 345 is specially formulated neat cutting oil suitable for machining operations of high tensile stainless steel as well as nickel- chromium alloys on automates, gear cutting, hobbing, drilling and thread cutting machines.
It is formulated with specially selected mineral oils and a mixture of EP additives ,viz. fat & sulfur additives.
HI-CUT 345 is formulated for critical viscosity keeping in mind the operations where coolant has to be feed through the boring bar under high pressure to clear the swarf from the boring head.
HI-CUT 345 can also be used for arduous high speed operations like gear shaving, even on numerically controlled machines.
